Behaviour

At Headley Park excellent behaviour is a minimum expectation for all. We want all members of our community to be treated fairly and shown respect. We encourage pupils to take responsibility for their own choices and the consequences of their actions. This, in turn, ensures that teachers are able to deliver excellent, engaging lessons and maximise time on teaching and learning in the classroom. 

We have 4 Headley Park Habits that pupils and staff are encouraged and expected to demonstrate:

  • We are respectful
  • We are safe
